Affordable Safe Living at Brooks MH & RV Park

General Info

Come and enjoy the peaceful country setting of this nice campground with a creek. We are Full Hook Up, Open All Year Round, and are centrally and conveniently located in an exclusive safe area of Louisville, Kentucky, just 1.8 miles from I-65 at the Brooks exit 121. We are far enough away from the Freeway so that there is no freeway noise. There are 2 nice golf courses within 3 miles- South Park Country Club and The Crossings Golf Course. We are near shopping, restaurants, Churchill Downs, Downtown Louisville, the Bourbon Distillery Trail, as well as many other attractions. Come stay with us! The park has beautiful new landscaping, new concrete pads, and creek front RV spaces that can handle coaches as long as 50 feet. Because we are located in the Louisville area, please know there is a train track 400 yards away, and we are only 8 miles from the Louisville International Airport (a UPS hub). We do not have bath or shower houses, or a pool, but we do have laundry facilities on site. Daily rates start at $35 a night, weekly rates start at $220, and monthly rates start at $445. We are the only RV Park in the Louisville area offering creek front and concrete pad sites! We also offer over-sized and pull through sites. All sites include water, sewer, dumpster service, lawn care and monitored security cameras in a Beautiful and Very Safe Park. All rates include tax and electric except our monthly plans where electric is metered. Some sites are combo sites with 2 of the following: creek front, concrete pads, oversized and pull through. All sites are 50 amps, and we have 50 to 30 amp adapters for sale for $25. Currently there is Wi-Fi broadcasted at the Office / Laundry Barn on lot 50. For our long-term guests, we recommend having Spectrum install internet on your site or use your hot spot. We have an awesome on-site Assistant Manager Annie. The Office Barn is located at the back of Lot 50 (enter at the first entrance; lot 50 is 8 lots down on the left). You can reach Annie after you’ve arrived by calling (502) 276-6090, or look for her working in the park, or on lot 12A. Our on-site Maintenance person is Brian on lot 16. We strive to offer excellent customer service, so please feel free to call if you have any issues! We love our monthly RV guests and have quite a few of them. We do require monthly RVs to be 10 years or newer (does not apply to daily or weekly RVs), and we have a free application for your safety and the safety of all of our guests. We do give variances to some Airstream and restored Classic RV’s with a picture pre-approved by Management. We are constantly working to improve the property. Our few mobile home guests have all been carefully screened and are great neighbors. We strive to ensure a clean, secure, and safe property. We are 90% RV Park, and are selling the mobiles as they come available. We love to hear from our guests.
