After researching your comments, we have come to the conclusion that your issues were unjustified. Although you are entitled to your opinion, please be advised that your comments do border on slander and libel, which we do not take lightly or kindly to. Therefore, in order to bring closure to Ms. Binyamin’s comments, we have chosen to pick up the furniture that was delivered into her home and issue a full and complete refund. Considering the fact that a refund was promptly issued, we are dumbfounded as to why, several weeks thereafter, we received a request for documentation from the New York Department of Consumer Affairs. Apparently it would seem that Ms. Benyamin has too much time on her hands and is interested in making an issue over something as simple as a small scratch on a piece of custom made furniture. As we have been a fixture in the community for more than 29 years and have an Excellent Rating the BBB and Consumer Affairs, we have chosen the better part of valor and decided to return our clients deposit in full and wish her well. At Mobilia, we pride ourselves on offering high quality furniture at exceptional prices. Our customer service is top notch and beyond compare. With that said, every now and then we find a client that we cannot please. When this happens, we are more than happy to offer them their money back and wish them well. In this case we have done just that.
I recently visited Dom Mebeli furniture store on Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn while shopping for bedroom set and new mattress. The store was recommended to me by close friends who purchased their living room sofas not too long ago and were very happy with service and price. The moment I entered the store I was greeted with a warm smile which made me feel very welcomed. I did not know what kind of bedroom set I need, but salesperson named Sergey was very patient with me. He asked me few questions which helped him to offer the best bedroom for me. I also chose Serta mattress. All this time salesperson was very professional. He explained about warranty for bedroom and mattress. Three days later my new bedroom and mattress were delivered as he said they would. The delivery guys did a great job assembling bedroom. Overall I am very glad that I purchased my bedroom at Dom Mebeli and would recommend this store to everyone.
This store is huge and you can do all your furniture shopping in one place. You can browse around and take a look if you are not the type to have a salesperson show you around but I recommend asking for help because the store is so big. They have 2 floors of very unique furniture, pieces that are definitely not available in your typical furniture store. If you want something different like a purple velvet sofa set, you will find it in this store! I also saw Ashley furniture items and modern Natuzzi sofas. That being said, there prices vary and you can get the best deals on there 2nd floor clearance center. Prepare to spend at least an hour and wear comfortable shoes.
