Had an appointment at 6:00PM which was canceled at 5:45PM right before Thanksgiving weekend meaning I can not find another company to come out and do the job even though I am one block away from them. Poor business practice, no apology, no alternative option. If you need something done that day I wouldn't rely on this company.
My new condo needed window guards right away. Window fix came in added the guards for my children's safety. They did a neat, speedy terrific job. Thank you for securing my windows.

I was worried that Zeus, my cats would get burn with the exposed radiator in the new apartment. I search high and low for a radiator cover with no luck. It just something no one makes anymore since most of the newer homes have built in heating and cooling systems. I came across Window Fix's website and saw that they had a vast selection of styles and colors. I set a date for them to come and take measurements. Within 3 days they called to tell me they were coming to deliver my radiator cover! I am very thankful that they were able to provide this product and that Zeus will be safe!
