Verizon Wireless

I went into the store Friday at 5pm. When I walked in I was not greeted by the 2 employees at the front, they were too involved in their own conversation. So walked to the back of the store where 2 employees were 1 was doing NOTHING and the other told me he would help me in 10 minutes. All I wanted was a return label. 4 employees and not 1 was capable of printing a return label? I will never return to this location and this reflects poorly on Verizon to have such poor employees.
