I cannot speak for the store itself since I have never purchased anything with them, but the pharmacy is the worst. Every experience I have had with the pharmacy has been ridiculously complicated and needlessly slow. Tonight though, was the last straw. I can deal with slow service. I can deal with the pharmacist paying more attention to coworkers than the customer in front of them. I can even deal with hearing them sing along to the Glee cover of Journey's Don't Stop Believing. But tonight when I went in to pick up my prescription I was told that the pharmacy had lost my insurance information and I wouldn't be able to get my medicine. I suppose it wasn't so much lost as it was "Poof! It just vanished! guess you can't take care of that sinus infection!" If that isn't bad enough for you, the whole ordeal took over four hours and I didn't get my medicine. I want badly to believe that this was just an isolated incident but that level of incompetence takes practice. In the end, around 6:30pm, I went to CVS and got my prescription taken care of in ten minutes, that includes dropping off and waiting in line time. Moral of the story, don't waste your time with this Rite Aid.
