But, sometimes a problem seems impossible to solve and a little extra help is needed to work through it. I am an analytically trained psychologist with an interpersonal/humanistic approach. I help people discover and understand what is important to them so that they can feel more "real" and "alive" in the world. The goal is to become more integrated (together) as well as to become more meaningfully connected with others. I offer Individual or Couples Therapy.
