SERVICE ONLY, WHICH WE FOUND QUITE POOR.
OTHERWISE, WE FELT THAT THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD !!!

Whenever I want to treat myself, I go to Joe's Of Avenue U. I order the Linguini with Mixed Seafood....delicious!

I love there food vestead (spelled wrong but delicious) potato croquettes, baked clams , tripe , fish of the day , broccoli rabe anything they make we loveeeee thank you Joes been eating there since I was a child

Great food...to go counter staff is always pleasant and helpful.

My family and I have to admit that the food is on the tasty side,

however, some of the waitstaff ( not all of them) are very unpleasant

and this made the dining experience quite undesirable. Some of them

are very unfair and choose only to be nice to certain customers.

One of them was actually texting during the job. Another one

sneezed into her hand and then touched the plates. They need

to be sent to finishing school or go for some sort of training.

The second star is for the decor and the very nice atmosphere.

These kids are more concerned about smoking and texting than the customer. They are slow......to bring just cold water on a 97 degree day. The food proved it was not good with diarrhea the day after. The pannelle and other fried food is cooked in oiled that is as old as your 57 chevy, that black. I know because when I walked to the front I saw what they were frying and saw them remove it from the fryer.

The counter staff never wears gloves, but they are quick to nibble with their fingers. I heard a couple of hard FOOT STAMPS while eating with my girl and saw a waiter chasing a roach.

THAT WAS IT.

WE LEFT WITHOUT PAYING AND WAS THREATENED.NO GOOD FUGGEDABOUT IT
