GREAT SERVICE GREAT PRICE EFFICIENT WORK

We had our car glass smashed in and were looking for a place to repair it, we called Joe's in the early afternoon for a price quote and time estimate however chose to stay where we were for convenience. Big mistake... that guy took 3 hours gave us a run around and wasn't able to complete the job in the end. We went to JOe's at the end of the day on a Friday and they had the glass ready for us from when we called earlier and had the job done correctly in 20 minutes. They were very helpful and super friendly as well as half the price.

some a$$ busted my window to get a half handful of change and some cds, and i looked online for a close auto glass place and joe's had all these good reviews. so there i went, and they were able to get me a used window that was much cheaper and suited my purposes, but more importantly they STUCK to their price quote and got it done in the same day. i would absolutely go there again or recommend them to anyone.

My car got sideswiped while parked on my block and the side mirror was shattered to pieces. New to the Slope and being a girl I didn't know where to go. I found Joe's Auto Glass online and saw the great reviews so I gave them a shot. I got a good price over the phone, but still wanted to compare their price to other auto glass shops. Joe's had the cheapest price and seemed the friendliest. They ordered the mirror for my car the same day and my baby was fixed within an hour's time. Thank you Joe!!

Quick, inexpensive, courteous service

While visiting from out of town, our side window was smashed. I called on a Saturday morning, was quoted an entirely reasonable price, and brought the car in. Joe not only guessed exactly what had happened (attempted theft of a GPS, based on the mark left by the suction cup mount), but in looking the car over, noticed a long-time scrape, and promised to try to get that out as well. The work was done in an hour or so, the broken glass vacuumed out, and while the scrape couldn't be popped out perfectly, Joe cleaned off some of the bumper plastic that made it more obvious. He didn't charge for anything but the window replacement, and was conversational the entire time. I sincerely hope never to have another window broken in Brooklyn again, but I recommend Joe's Auto Glass highly to anyone who does suffer such a misfortune.

Fast, Very Friendly and Cheap!
As a newbie to Park Slope, I didn't know where to go when my windshield got a huge crack and started leaking. I asked around and people referred me to Joe's Auto Glass. They said he's been a staple in the neighborhood since the '70s. I felt I could trust that so I went to the shop and I was treated awesome. Joe, Sr. and Joe, Jr. fixed my winshield perfectly and gave me a really cheap price. Plus, I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours. They ordered me used glass, which is just like new glass but cheaper. I called other glass shops beforehand and they were going to rip me off by $100s! I will DEF go back to Joe's if something happens to my car again. Thanks!!

After I found my passenger glass busted out one, I asked around for the best auto glass place. An old timer neighbor recommended Joe's. I called them around 11am, got a cheap price on used glass that looks brand new, came to the shop, and it was fixed by 12:30pm. They saved my weekend roadtrip! Definitely will go back. It sounds like a rival auto glass shop wrote that bad review below! What a shame. There are NO cons about Joe's Auto Glass!

not good service at all. my window is not on track my door handle is loose the panel clips broken the window switch is backwards. and took 3 days to break my car more then it already was.i am very un happy with these guys service i dont recomend this place to anyone i wont even go back to let them fix there work for free.\r \r \r

After noticing my windshield was cracked -from who knows what- I searched around for someone to put in new glass. I called around to a few places and Joe's had the best price and he was very accommodating and friendly.\r I dropped off my car on a Saturday morning and it was ready that afternoon and it looks as good as new. Hands down the best experience I've had in NYC with having anything repaired on my car. If you need new glass for your car, go to Joe's.

I found my car with a smashed window last night around 5 pm. Found Joe through the recommendations here. He said he'd wait for me to get to his shop so I could leave my car overnight. He called this morning at 9 with a very good price. The new window was installed by 11 am, and he even cleaned up all the broken glass. I was a little apprehensive at first because Joe's shop is kind of a little hole-in-the-wall place...Don't worry - he's a pro. Highly recommended.

This time my windshield had a small chip, small enough so that I didn't have to replace the windshield. Instead, Joe Sr. worked his magic. He is meticulous and takes pride in his work. He spent time explaining the process to me and even went the extra mile in trying to lighten several scratches on my windshield. My husband is an artist and is extra picky on anything to do with craftsmanship. He ran his finger over the chip and looked at it from several angles. Finally, he smiled and said, ""nice job."" I've been going to Joe's for over 20 years now. He has amazing prices, along with excellent service!! Everyone is so friendly. I love the fact that he and his son work as a team. His other employees are like family too - they've been working for Joe for years. It's good to know there are still ""mom & pop"" places to go to where the customers are treated like gold. I highly recommend going to Joe's Auto glass if you ever have a problem.
