THIEVES!!!!! I GIVE THE SAME STUFF TO CLEAN ROUTINELY AND THEN ONCE THE PRICE WAS WAY MORE THAN I USUALLY PAY AND WHEN I QUESTIONED THEM ABOUT IT THEY SAID THIS WAS ALWAYS THE PRICE. EVEN MORE, THEY STILL SAID THEY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT BY NOT CHARGING ME THE .50 CENTS EXTRA THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY NEVER GIVE DISCOUNTS JUST LIKE THAT AND I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR ONE!! LIARS!!! MY MISTAKE BY LEAVING THE STUFF THERE. I THEN HAD SOMEONE CALL FOR THE PRICE OF THIS SAME ITEM AND THEY WERE QUOTED THE ORIGINAL PRICE I USED TO PAY. RIP-OFFS!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS EVEN IF IT'S CONVENIENT!!!!

If you want your clothing clean this is not the place to take it. Even though this is an extremely convenient location for my use, I will no longer leave my clothing or home goods in the hands of these fools. On several times i've taken my items to this cleaners for treatment and they fail to get the item clean. I will give them this, they can iron, and honestly i feel like perhaps that's all they do when i bring dry cleaning they just iron it and give it back. If the job requires anything more such as getting a stain out you can forget it. I recently took a pillowcase in that had some darkened spots from prolonged use which i pointed out and asked can you get this out. "Yeah sure, no problem" Then when i come in to pick it up it looks all nicely ironed and folded under the plastic of the dry cleaning packaging but when i got it home the pillow looked exactly the same, with all the same spots. So I thought no i'm lot going to pay for something they didn't clean and i took it back in to show them. This turned into a nightmare! The owner can hardly explain himself saying he can't get oil out and he tried several times and it's not his fault. So i asked for a credit which is fair cuz i would remain a client and come again. He refused. So i asked well shouldn't you have at least told me it didn't come out when i picked it up rather then hide it in the plastic. This seemed to make him more enraged. Or, i questioned, if it was something you couldn't get out how about a little warning because i know a place in the city that can get any job done, it's just not as convenient. He told me not to come back. So I guess he doesn't really need the business. Warning he's rather aggressive so if you have any trouble I'd advise to just let it go. He seems a bit mental.
