This store is great! They have the dresses I wanted and the owner was really nice and gave me an extra 10% off! Can't get service like this anywhere else in the flatbush area.

I purchased a dress in this store. The salesgirl assured me that it can be taken out, and that I can bring the dress in at any time to receive store credit. After taking the dress to my seamstress, I found out that the dress could NOT in fact be taken out. I went back to the store to exchange it for another dress. The owner refused to take it back saying that the receipt stated exchange in seven days only. I told him that the salesgirl told me that I could bring it back whenever, and he got really angry. I continued to say that he should take it back, because as the owner he should honor the word of his sales staff. The owner, his wife, and a different salesgirl all got angry and started shouting. They threatened to call the police and said to "Get the f*ck out of this store." I was in shock at such horrible customer service and disrespect. I would advise you not to waste your time at this place because you will be treated so badly, with no respect and with no integrity. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
