Lessons Group We have a large selection of monthly classes. Check the schedule of classes for pricing. For the monthly classes, you can pay at the first class of a session, but risk being closed out if a class is too full. We encourage students to pay prior to the first class of a session. You do not need a partner. Students rotate partners, better enabling them to adapt to dancing with different people. Private Private lessons are $75.00 an hour or $40.00 for a half hour. They are by appointment only. Private lesson appointments cancelled with less than 8 hrs notice shall be forfeited without credit or refund. Argentine Tango Intermediate: This class is for students who have tango experience. You should know the cross, forward and backward ochos, and other basic fundamentals. The class will focus on body mechanics, leading and following technique and musicality. We will also do some milonga and vals. Hustle Intermediate: This class is for hustle dancers who want to progress to the next level of hustle dancing. The class will stress leading and following technique, body mechanics, turn patterns and other intermediate dance patterns. It is not for beginners. Salsa Intermediate: This class is for salsa dancers who want to go to the next level. The class focuses on leading and following, dance positions, body mechanics and style. It is not for beginners. * Not all classes offered each month.

Dance Fever Studos is a top NYC dance school. We are experts in salsa, bacahta, Latin dance, ballroom, Argentine tango, hustle dancing, swing, wedding choreography and first wedding dance lessons. We have two Brooklyn dance schools. Private dance lessons and group dance classes. Some of the classes we offer are the following Argentine Tango lessons in Brooklyn at Dance Fever Studios. This class is for the student who has little or no experience with Argentine tango dancing. We focus on partnership, dance connection, musicality and basic fundamentals. Ballroom Dance Classes in Brooklyn: This class is for beginners who have some or no ballroom experience. Intermediate students are also welcomed. Dances taught are Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Swing, Samba, plus others. We do different dances each month so that a student can take consecutive months and not repeat dances. Hustle Dance Lessons Brooklyn at Dance Fever Studios This class is for beginners who have little or no experience. We learn the basic hustle step, leading and following technique and simple dance patterns. Latin Dance Lessons Brooklyn: This class is for beginners who have little or no experience. We do Salsa, Cha Cha, Rumba, Merengue, Samba, Cumbia and other Latin dances. We focus on two or three of these dances each session. We do different dances each month so that a student can take consecutive months of LATIN BASIC and learn something new each month. Salsa Dance Lessons Brooklyn: This class is for students who have little or no experience dancing Salsa. It is a beginner class. We focus on learning the basic salsa timing, steps and partner connection. Salsa dance lessons Sunset Park at Dance Fever Studios. Salsa dance lessons Bay Ridge at Dance Fever Studios. Private salsa lessons Bay Ridge. Private Argentine Tango Lessons Brooklyn at Dance Fever Studios. This class is for students who have some tango experience. We review basic level material and try to progress to intermediate level. The class focuses on body mechanics, leading and following technique and musicality.

If you want to learn Argentine...

If you want to learn Argentine Tango take lessons with Francis. He is the owner of the studio and will give you the best, clearest lesson you ever had. I was stuck at the intermediate level for awhile and he got me to the next level. Great studio and teacher. Thank you Francis

Salsa lessons, tango lessons, Latin and ballroom... Dance Fever Studios has it all. I started with salsa at their Ave J studio location, now I am also taking Argentine tango at their Park Slope studio. I love both places. The teachers are great and the spaces are always filled with great people and great music. This is the best dance school I have been to yet.

Best dance lessons in Brooklyn. If you want to learn how to social dance or partner dance, this is hands down the best dance school to go to. They know salsa, Latin dance, ballroom, Argentine tango, and more, better than so called specialty schools, that only teach one dance. They teachers are amazing. They see what your are having trouble with and focus on that. They don't try to fit a round peg into a square hole. The place is also amazing. A real wood dance floor, great sound system and always clean and nice. No other studio come close.

Love, Love, Love this place!!!...

Love, Love, Love this place!!! I came to just sign up for a cycle, just to try something new and I was hooked. I have learned so much at DFS. The teachers are awesome and know how to break everything down. They really try to help you and really want you to become a great dancer. I cannot live a day without dance and Dance Fever!!!

You've got to try out this studio. It's easy to get to, not expensive and the classes are fun! The teachers are nice and it's just a fun friendly atmosphere. Oh and you will also learn how to dance ! : )

This is a great place to learn...

This is a great place to learn how to dance. I went for the free class and I love it. I am now enroll in the Salsa and Bachata class. Teachers are great and they really take the time with the students. I am looking forward for the party at the end of the month.

Been to many studios in the city that are over priced and too crowded, but Dance Fever is neither. Half the price of city schools and the teachers are better. Had a great time. Not going into the city to get ripped off again. Like the fact that they teach it all. Not just one type of dance.
