I wish there were more than 5 stars! An absolute class act. A gem in dealing with the buildings dept. Mr. D'Alessandro is a professional, kind, honest, generous and caring individual who became a friend by the time our project was complete. Always met our deadlines. Very creative and intelligent in finding ways to maximize our space in our 10 unit condo conversion in Williamsburg. No headaches. Over delivered on all of his promises. A dedicated architect who is passionate about his profession. We found him via the Brownstoner forum and have since recommended him to countless friends in the area who could not have been happier with his work! Thank you Sebastian!

Writing this review out of my own good will because I've been dealing with them for over 10 years now. If you want quality professional work from a firm who knows the ins and outs of the zoning laws in New York, look no further. I would not even dare to even get a second opinion, sounds extreme? sounds crazy? maybe, but with all the jobs they have done for my family, they deserve and earned that respect because they really are that good! Honest, fair prices, and always upfront...no b.s. Tell them you read Tony's review! :)
