        Overall

        I like to report that the Citibank management located at 80 Jamaica Avenue in Brooklyn NY 11207 are not quite doing their job as they should. My complaint is based on the following:

        This is the third time that this had happened to me. In various occasions I had visited this branch to deposit cash and the ATM'S are not accepting cash deposits nor checks. Why? This is very disappointing and and unencouraging. I will never recommend Citibank to anyone as far as I concern.
