i had a problem with a dell laptop i bought from t.d. through amazon. when the hard drive failed after a couple of months i feared a had a lemon. i called amazon first and they put me through to t.d. where i first spoke to avi fleischer's assistant. i was rather hot under the collar (but controlled lol) and he explained that this was a matter for Dell to deal with as the computer was still under warranty; he gave me some excellent tips for how to deal with Dell; e.g. don't take no for an answer. (note; i had already had the hard drive replaced, which i realized could void the warranty.) the assistant also explained his boss was not in at the moment. a few hours later i got an email from avi; he was disturbed at my response to the situation and reiterated that this was an issue for Dell to deal with. i wrote back apologizing for my attitude and we have had a terrific email correspondence since then. Dell did replace the hard drive. if i ever had need for one of the products t.d. sells, i will surely buy from them. GREAT customer service.

Have been a customer of Technical Difficulties for several years. I've been amazed by the care Avi and his staff have shown to all of my needs. Technical Difficulties manages my office network as well as my home system and numerous laptops and networking tech. The response time has been swift, often resolving problems almost before finishing our description of the problems. Cannot recommend with any higher level!! Great work folks.
86 Computer is the best. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Also they don't bill you a fortune at the end! It's so affordable. I am so happy they open this computer store near my house. I think I will remain their Client for a long time to come. They really treat their customers well and certainly make you happy as well.
