So first the positive, the staff is friendly, there are always machines open, the place is always reasonably clean, and it's cheap! I love the 24 hour cardio and Weight machine rooms, it really gives me the extra schedule flexibility I need. I don't know what it's like at say, 4am, but if I need to get a little workout in and it's past 11, it really helps. The only downside of course is that the freeweight room and locker rooms close, although a ymca locker room at 3am would probably be a really bad idea anyways. Oh god, now that I think about it, yeah, definitely keep that closed. And the pool is really small.

Disclaimer: I was a former employee. The Directors make it a point to hire the best therapists and support staff. They also continuously offer trainings to all staff and encourage both therapists and staff to continue education within their field. Their commitment to the Special Needs community and their desire to truly help families and children make them stand out among other agencies. I would recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone who is in need of Early Intervention services.
