my neighbor uses allcare home health aids for her homecare needs. as it turns out her aids (2) of them, smoke during duty and near the client. she is diabetic and these aids have been seen bring dairy queen ice cream sundays into the home for her to consume. one aid brought her child to work!!!! ( an infant). this client has mental illness, and late stages COPD!!! the client is not able to give consent for any of thise!!! her daughter has custody of her and has no idea this is what is taking place. the clients apartment is a mess, doesn't look as if the aids do any home making while there!! one aid was overheard ( as loud voices travel to other apartment in building) bad taking some of the clients family!



not a agency that i would use or tell my friends to use!
