        what a joke!!

        i called 2 days ahead for a reservation..when the time for pick up came and went i had to drive myself to the airport because they never showed up. when asked what happened they claimed they had no reservation or knowledge of it. seems like a bunch of totally incompetant people that should not be in this type of business. i would NEVER call these people,,and if you do..GOOD LUCK
