Apple Towing

Our car just quit on us in a Milwaukee suburb. We looked for someone to tow us, and found Apple Towing. Al was to the rescue within 30 minutes, and towed us all the way home - 30 miles - for a very reasonable price. He was so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the prompt service and will definitely us Apple again when needed!

I was experiencing ignition issues with my SUV. It was in my garage stuck in park and the key wouldn't turn to start the vehicle. I called Apple Towing to have it delivered to the dealership and was impressed when Al mentioned he would look into other options and tow it as a last resort.

I appreciated that Al was willing to save me money by trying to resolve the issue before towing it.

I had more than great experience with Apple towing. I broke down on interstate 94 ner Brookfiled, Wi and called my sis-in-law who lives nearby and she recommended this service as a friend of hers from church had used the service with good results. Al, the owner, came to my rescue in less than 20 minutes, assessed the issues at hand, called my mechanic to ask him why he hadn't tightened down the 5 lugnuts on the front driver side wheel of my Cadillac??? Al agreed to tow the car 62 miles back to the GM dealership, who payed for his towing and all the repair costs for the very, very costly mistake. Hats off to Al and his expertice!!!

I have had two great experiences with this company. Al responded quickly and with a smile the first time I needed a tow about a month ago. Today he gave me great advice that saved me at least $200. My key was stuck in the ignition and he calmly and expertly talked me through a method that might work without the need of a tow this time. I called Apple Towing when I was stranded recently on a late Friday afternoon. I had just left the Milwaukee airport and was about to enter the highway when my car died and refused to start again. I looked online for reviews of towing companies in the Milwaukee area and Apple had a significant percentage of excellent reviews so I called and Al answered. Then timing was bad, about 4:30 pm on a Friday, and I needed a tow back to Appleton, about 115 miles. Al cancelled his plans for dinner with his wife and proceeded to tow me back to Appleton and deposit my car in my garage. I couldn't ask for a better experience, both professionally an personally from Al and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Apple Towing to anybody needing a tow.

Just used their services and it was amazing service. I previously called another tow company who didn't show up. When I called Apple Towing, they were here in 45 min and were able to successfully pull our SUV up from the side of our driveway. Took 2 winches and some creative thinking on his part, but he was able to get it done! Thanks for providing such great service. Always good to support local companies!

Just used Apple Towing today and it was great! Towing your vehicle is the LAST thing you want to be doing but Al from Apple Towing made it easy. He quoted me a significantly LOWER rate than the other couple towing companies in the area that I called and he gave me a flat rate up front once I told him from where to where I needed to go! That is so nice because all the other places I called had a "hook-up" fee and then a per mile fee so that they couldn't be exactly sure how much my bill would come out to... When that is the case you tend to worry that they will jack you around on the route they take (making it a longer route, thus charging you more) or you wonder if they could get confused on the directions, take longer to get there and charge you more based on their own mistake, etc... When you are told a flat fee up front on the phone like Al at Apple gave me it gave me a much better peace of mind about using him. He also came and towed my vehicle immediately from point A to point B and I didn't have to meet him at any point during the tow- he just called me after the tow to get my payment information, that was also VERY nice. He was also friendly and nice to work with. Great customer service and if I ever need a tow again I will be calling Apple! Cheapest price, a FLAT price so no worries about a surprise higher bill, very FAST, and great customer service all around!!!! I highly recommend Apple Towing in Brookfield!

I thought i needed a jumpstart. Al came out within 30 minutes, found a connector problem right away, gave some great advice and got me off and running. Great service!!!

My car overheated, and I had to pull off to the side of the freeway. I found Apple Towing through a search on my smart phone. The service was top notch from the initial phone conversation, the prompt arrival, excellent equipment to tow my car safely, with helpful, competent courtesy throughout. To top it all off, the price was quite reasonable. Definitely a well-deserved 5 star rating.

Apples hydraulic bike lift is the only way to transport a motorcycle. His set-up should be industry standard.
