The staff are very rude and not understanding, no compassion at all..Every time I place something they would remove it..They put so many rules of what you can't put up..You buy the grave site and the stone, but you are not allow to place anything there..They don't clean anybody area but always complaining..I always keep my grave site clean and still they complain what I put there..I pray that the spirit don't follow them for remove there things, that there love ones place on there grave site..

The staff is AWFUL and RUDE. When we buried my grandfather they were cold and stressed how we will be paying. The day of the burial there were wood slats thrown about. The staff dragged his flowers like they were garbage to the curb because they do not allow flowers to remain near the burial site.
One fathers day we couldnt drive to the section where he is burried because there was a car to car bumper jam. When we finally got to the grave, there was a ""gangster"" style fight and people got out of cars to argue while the ""grieving"" people at the graves ran over to watch the show.
I called to find out the requirements for a tombstone (they do not expain this to you when you buy the plot but they are VERY strict depending on where you bury your loved one). The nasty women screamed at me ""its all on the back of the deed I would read it to you but I do not have one in front of me. The lack of respect and empathy is amazing for a so called catholic establishment. THINK BEFORE BURYING SOMEONE YOU LOVE HERE.

In December 2010, my mother was buried in ST Raymonds cemetery. In March 2011, the gravestone was placed on the wrong burial lot, the cemetery knows because gravestone has number 186 on it and the gravestone was placed on burial lot 182 . The monument place told us that the cemetery told them to
place gravestone on 182 because of a typo, they made.
No one informed us, so we learnedof mix up after we visited the cemetery. The cemetery has refused to do anything about this issue. WE are suing to get this resolved. I am taking this story to media to warn others.
