        Overall

        I injured my elbow while playing basketball last month. As the pain was severe, my doctor referred me to Pelham Physical Medicine, a sports injury clinic in Bronx, NY. The physical therapists here are highly caring. My therapist explained about the injury clearly and offered me specific exercises to do continuously. He also assisted me with any doubts I had and worked with me while I carried out the exercises. He informed me about my progress every day and what I should do further to achieve relief quickly. My physical therapist not only helped me with pain relief but also taught me different techniques to avoid any such injury in the future. I would recommend this sports injury clinic to anyone looking for natural and effective ways to get rid of their pain.
