My kids had their cleaning by Katline the hygienist. She was so nice and did a great job! I definitely will come back here.

This is the second time I have had my son to 'Kool Smiles' in Brockton . I really cannot say enough about our experience at this office! It starts with Evelyn, the receptionist-she is just so lovely. When booking another appt. she was so conscientious of my schedule, my travel time and just what our needs were as a whole. She is really wonderful ! This time we had a different dental assistant, his name was Joshua, and he was amazing! Unbelievabley knowledgeable, very upbeat and knew his job and the dental field as a whole. I was able to ask him a number of questions and he had no problem answering and yet deferred to the doctor when appropriate. Joshua is most definitely an asset to this office! Now, to Dr. Harrison. ..She actually did more of a consult w my son, and will finish what needs to be done next week, but she is the best ! It has been a very long time since I have been to a dentist that I had complete confidence in! She not only is ontop of all aspects of her profession -but -she's nice!!! Yes , she is just incredibly nice, and unfortunately it's very hard to find someone who is amazing in their field, but who also puts you at ease and is genuinely kind! I don't have any experience w the other docs at this location-I'm sure they are all great- but I will try to stay w Dr. Harrison, as she is just so good!! I would def recommend this facility to anyone! But-call the office and not the call center to book your appts. So much more reliable to speak to Evelyn. I believe there is another women at the desk as well, and I'm sure she's great. I just didn't care for calling the '800' # as they made several mistakes w my first appointment, but that was the only issue and it had nothing g to do w the Brockton office .

My kids have been going to KS for 6 years. The staff is always friendly and informative. I recommend them to my family and friends.

Today I saw kasey, and Dr. Soo for my cleaning, they are awesome, I've came to since my son was 2 years old.

The office is great and everyone's been very nice for the 5 years we've been coming all 4 of my kids come here

They were great with my son, he's not a big fan of the dentist but they made him feel comfortable and relaxed.

Doctors and assistants were really nice and assuring that my first cavity filling wouldn't hurt one bit.

i love coming to this place. the staff is very friendly and ready to help. Even though I have no children that come here I would recommend any parent to bring their children here

It was my daughters first time at the dentist. Right when i walked in Angie at the front desk was warm and welcoming. My daughter needed some things such as crowns and fillings i was nervous for her. But Ashley the DA was amazing. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and put a smile on her face even though she was a little scared. They use cute words that calm down the process such as " sugar bugs " and it just really makes it easier to get threw. Its people like ashley that i appreciate because my child ends up leaving happy. Its an overall great place my daughter actually likes to go back and as a parent i love that. Thanks to the great staff.

I usually hate the dentist but the whole staff at Kool Smiles made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The assistants were friendly and the doctors were sweet and very gentle. They made my experience easy and I am very grateful.

overall experience was very pleasant. Joshua and Mark was very courteous and professional Angie made me feel very welcome.
