I have been taking my vehicles to Fuerst Automotive for the past 17 years and I have received nothing but honest, top-notch service. I am always confident when I leave that my vehicle has been serviced as promised. I am also confident that they've looked over my vehicle for anything that would compromise my safety. I highly recommend them!!

WARNING!!! I can't believe what just happened to us today! My son and I took the coupon that came in the mail for a free oil change from Fuerst Automotive. We sat there for a long time, although we didn't complain since we were getting a free oil change. However, when they finally finished, they came back and said that it was unsafe to be driving my car around as the left lower ball joint and control arm needed to be replaced immediately or my tire would come off. The quote? Ohhh, $307. 71. Naturally, I started asking questions because they weren't showing me the ball joint, nor were they explaining this ball joint problem to me. I think a $300 quote needs some explanation, don't you? Anyway, I tried to ask more details but they brushed me off with vague answers so we left the place. My young 8 year old son said to me on the way home that they seemed mad about giving us the free oil change. I noticed that, too, but didn't say anything because of the bad vibe we got from the minute we walked in. If they don't want to give free oil changes, then don't send out coupons for free oil changes! So now I am in a panic mode, wondering if I am driving around with my son in a potentially unsafe situation. I called the alignment place I got my car aligned just last week and told them what these people at Fuerst were telling me. They said they wouldn't even give me an alignment if the ball joint and control arm needed to be replaced! So, they had me come in to check it for FREE-- so we drove all the way over the tire place and they checked the left lower ball joint and control arm. Guess what? NOTHING WRONG AT ALL. Does NOT need to be replaced. Fuerst Automotive just tried to rip off a single mom and her kid over $300, how disgusting is that??? Well, they tried to rip off the wrong people, because now I hope we cost them over $300 in business saving someone from going there getting ripped off by these LYING THIEVES. Do NOT take your vehicle there, they are lying, corrupt thieves and really should be put out of business for this in my opinion.
