Although this company has a few negative reviews due to not showing up to an appointment, I decided to take a chance. Got the following email from them on Tues, "We can stop by on thurs. late morning or early afternoon, to look things over and give you a quote to repair."

Craig called on Thursday afternoon and told me that he would call me back in a bit to let me know what time he would be showing up. Then he never showed or called. Huge waste of my time.
