Ralph,s Classic Limo is the worst for customer care and travel. I used Ralph's to be dropped off and picked up from O'Hare airport. Ralph arrived in jeans and a t-shirt to pick us up and while i was on vacation i called Ralph to verify our return pick up. Ralph had 3 weeks notice of our return flight and stated he only has 1 driver and that guy went on vacation. Ralph said it would not be a problem and he would get someone to pick us up. The day before we were to return I called to make sure someone would be there. Ralph stated he could not get anyone to pick us up and had to outsource us to another limo service and the price would be the same. He called and left the # for the new limo on my voicemail. When we arrived in Chicago i called the new limo service and they stated the fare was more that what Ralph had said and the car was not a limo but a towncar. I called Ralph to state my concerns about the price and the car and his reply was " what can i do for you to make this right?" i stated that i would like either the differance in price or 1/2 my money back. He replied by saying he was not going to refund my money and hung up on me. this is the worst service i have ever had with a limo company. he is the owner and should know how to run a buisness and make customers happy there was no reason for this to happen beside just bad service. I suggest finding a different service than Ralph's Classic Limo.
