Newfound Area Nursing Association (NANA)is a not-for-profit community-based health care organization, serving patients of all ages and all circumstances in the Newfound Area of central New Hampshire since 1960. The mission of NANA is to promote health and provide therapeutic services to individuals and families in our community. Our services and programs are individualized to maximize clinical and social outcomes to enhance the quality of life throughout the communities we serve.
