        I purchased a vw passat the owner agreed to do the work upon my 1st oil change, so I called and was told I needed to leave for an undetermined amount of time, I told him in beginning I would have to wait as I did not have another car, he said ok, but when the time came the story changed, so I went to the dealer. Then came the issues that I know we're present and all they did was disconnect the battery, my engine light came on, and never went off, it failed emissions, which I believe was there from the start, he just wasn't going to fix it without increasing the price, it need a new boot, didn't happen. Be very careful buying here, they will only show 5 star reviews on there site, not sure how many are fake but I'm sure a few are.

        We had a very positive experience with Bristol Auto Center. They are extremely pleasant and very customer focused. They not only fixed our car, but walked us through each step. I highly recommend them for all your auto care services.

        If you are reading this hopefully you had the same wonderfull experience with this company as i did. I have bad luck with cars so being able to work with someone finally that was nice and walked me through everything. i recommend this company to you and everyone i know.

        They are an honest automotive dealer that will not take advantage of you as service dealers will. They will not do unnecessary work to your car. This is a legitimate, honest owned business and i recommend this facility to everyone.
