Henderson Glass

My back windshield was shattered. The car was dropped off at 8am and done by 2pm. Henderson was able to acquire the window with rear defogger and fix to chips in my windshield in that time. All the glass was cleaned up inside, and my vehicle was returned as if it never happened. The office staff was pleasant, professional and punctual. They were able to anticipate my needs and questions, and interact with a smile in their voice.

Henderson installed my new windshield, and apparently the technician broke all the spring clips & moldings then just glued them back down. I had to take a whole day off work to have them do it again, they refused to cover the broken moldings, it took longer than they said and after they were finally done, my car REEKED of cigarettes. So I got to drive around with all my windows down, in the snow, sneezing my head off.

The office staff are nice, but have not followed up with my issues, or returned my calls.

Save your self a headache and go elsewhere!

Henderson installed new windows in my home. The installer was sloppy! Left me with dents in my walls and glue everywhere. The office was friendly, but never followed through with a very small repair that was promised. This was over 2 months ago.
