        I purchased blinds approximately two years ago and although I really like the blinds, the hardware that was used to open and close them are of very cheap quality. (they crack) After trying to contact Bob numerous times, I have yet to hear back from him. They came with a five year guarantee (no questions asked), but if they do no call you back, it seems worthless. I would absolutely not count on them for service.
