Merry Maids

We signed up for Merry Maids routine care year contract - they cleaned for us 6 times before I cancelled. They did not do the cleaning they promised at our sign on - I never saw them get on their hands and knees to wash my floor - over time it began to develop a build- up. I had to call and ask them to clean the lights (which had not been being done) and they were not consistent with taking out the trash. They did not dust or wipe down the cabinrts any higher than they could reach from standing on the floor (slightly higher shelves, the top 1/2 of my upper kitchen cabinets & vent hood were not wiped) When I called to cancel, they still charged me the cancellation fee of $288, even though they had not cleaned as promised. I would not recommend this cleaning business.
