Bubba Chino's

I eat there alot. i think its great. I really like the chili its actually spicy compared to othe places. my favorite is the smothered shredded beef burrito.

Chubby's isn't Chubby's anymore, so this will have to do. Very VERY close. (We miss you Dora)This is North Denver Mexican SOUL food. I miss the old Chubby's tough !!!!

Great food and great people. Grilled burritos, you can't go wrong!!Atmosphere is friendly and laid back. Chili with a aweseome kick and great flavor.

Well this food is the best mexican food I have ever had! Especially the grilled steak burrito and smothored chili cheese french fries! If you dont try there food your missing out!

The person who posted the comment stating the food was horrible is a Chubbys restaurant owner in thornton and and is jealous that bubbachinos is open.

Went to finally visit and realized Bubba Chino's is Chubby's, a place I used to go to all the time in Denver. Great food! Always wonderful. A little slow getting the order out (but it was full lunchtime). Friendly staff, awesome food, great prices! So glad you're in town, Chubby's! I've missed you!

To the last poster..I imagine you think La Placinta had good food right?Bubba Chinos is "Chubbys" for those that dont know the family history.If you dont like that style than you probably fall into the category that enjoys overpriced bad mexican food of the likes that you can get at nearly every so called "sit down" mexican restraunt in Brighton.What truly amazes me is that when somebody finally gets mexican food right, people still cant recognize it.... lolgood Job Bubba Chinos, and welcome to Brighton!!!
