Lucy's Hardwood Floor

After going through at least 12 other people that gave me estimates that were either way too expensive, or not even honest .. i was lucky to find Lucy's Hardwood Floors.
I had a another place set to do the job, and never called back to set a day, then there were the ones who never even bothered to meet for an estimate,then a father and son place in North Haven that gave me a run around and refused to do the stain part because they said the floor was too damaged to bother, and i would have to go buy the stain myself and then after an extra 250 dollars they would do it..what a Joke!
Finally Sarah came from Lucy's and looked at the floor , told me they could do it no problem..she was very nice and gave me an Honest and Very reasonable estimate. The guys came and they were Great..Neat, Fast, and did a Fantastic job!
I will tell anyone i know to go with Lucy's Hardwood Floors..They are the BEST! Thank You Lucy's!

I received Lucy's Hardwood Flooring based on a referral from a friend who had used her. I had no reason to think refinishing my floors would not go smooth. I was wrong! What should have been 3 nights out of our house has turned into 12+. It was a total inconvenience to my family! The attention to detail was just not there. Of course Lucy wanted us to be happy but it was just one thing after another. After many coats of poly due to issues they had to come and take my floor back down to the wood and re-stain/re-poly all over again. We are still not happy with the floors but decided not to have them back. I lost all trust in Lucy and her crew and I am not able to recommend them to others. Better luck to others who decide to use them.

they are unbelievable. nice job. every thing was in order, clean when they finish labor. highly recommend.
