Worst business i have ever dealt with. They dont know the meaning of customer service. I was in a motor cycle accident late Friday night and they were the only tow company around. They claim it took them over 2 hours to load my bike on the truck(while i was in the hospital). How is that even possible. I can load my bike on a truck and strap it down in under 15 minutes. These people are amateurs. They charged me $300 for labor because it took them so long to load up my bike. Then i was in the hospital all Saturday so I couldn't go get my bike. There were closed Sunday. They tried charging me 145 dollars in storage fees for holding my bike and $75 dollars just for going to the scene. Do you have no compassion. I understand you need to earn a living but charging a kid over $500 for towing his bike when he was in an accident that wasn't his fault is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I would never in a million years refer you to anyone I know, and I work in the car business.

Towed a car at 2am but couldn't give it back until hours after they opened. Apparently hasn't upgraded since Nixon was president. Doesn't accept any modern forms of payments, not even checks. Obnoxiously critical and unprofessional. Charges as if their service is worth it. If you go here and your car fell apart, I wouldn't be surprised.

worse service ever! so I had my bumper replaced by them and they didn't do their job right. Bumper was not install properly and has been hitting the road ever since. Brought the car back to them and the owner was super mean - he told me that my tires were oversize and that is causing problem! After I pointed out to him that bumper is detached in couple places he started to yell on me!! And told me he's done and never want to see me again!!! Believe it or not what an old creepy liar!

Had personal belongings stolen from my car. Never going back here AGAIN!

Stay away from this business. Highly unprofessional and rude. They also overcharge on towing! I would never choose them for any work on the car. We were stuck with them because police calls them to tow. It is a shame that they have to use such horrible business. 0 stars 000.

Don't believe the negative reviews. I would give them 100 gold stars. I just retrieved my car from Family Garage and I am thrilled with the entire experience (minus the accident). A week ago I had a fluke accident and destroyed the front end of my car. In less than 5 days, Family Garage completely fixed the extensive external and internal damage and it looks fantastic and runs beautifully. I noticed later in the day that they even buffed up and painted some old scrapes I had on the rear bumper. No one yelled or swore at me or hung up on me. The secretary/receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, the job was turnkey - they handled everything for me, and my car looks brand new. I had never done business with them before, they don't know me and I'm not related to them. They went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful

No stars. Extortionists. I don't know why the police use them, because their actions appear to be criminal. They double charged us for their truck because we had to call them when it was "cold outside" and then their truck broke, so they had to send another. Somehow, we get charged for their broken truck. Would not release our car until we paid the 517 towing fee to get our car out of a snow bank and tow it half a mile to our home. AVOID at all costs.

I am amazed at the work Family has done on both of our families' cars, I am most impressed with the painting and detailing, simply fantastic. Although the management was rather rude and unenthusiastic the employees behind the scenes truly made a difference on both our cars! If quality paint and body work is what you need I would highly recommend Family Garage, our cars have never looked better!

This place has biggest towing scam. I'm guessing this is the only way the business stays afloat by ripping people off in desparate times. It is unfortunate that when you get stuck on the highway that this is the business the state troopers call. The people are trash, just like their service. I agree with the 2 other reviews, stay away at all cost and 0 stars.

These guys are miserable sob scammers. They tow your car and are rude and unhelpful over the phone. They intimidate and then try to steal your car. Use another comapny
