Be bought our wood stove in November. A month after having it the hot air return pipe melted and burned where it touched the stove. We ordered more piping and a new motor(assuming that's why the piping melted). Waited a week without heat only to find out that the problem wasuch bigger that just a fan motor. Now we are waiting another 5 to 7 days for the rest of the parts and hopefully a service tech. My point being, their products obviously do not go through rigorous testing and they are in no hurry to service their products after being sold.
