went here a few days ago for the first time and got an ombre and layered cut done by amanda rose. she was awesome!! she was so friendly and knew what she was doing. the staff was friendly and always asked if you needed anything. I love my hair, total transformation. highly recommend

I went to September's Salon about 2 months ago to get a hair cut. The salon was recommended by a friend of mine who gets her hair done regularly there. I was less than pleased with my experience. I walked in to the salon to see the woman at the front desk on her cell phone. She did not even look up to greet me and just continued to text. She was an older woman too, not some kid behind the desk, so I was surprised. I was then greeted by the hair dresser that was going to be doing my hair. She brought me over to her station and had a quick talk about what I wanted to do. I wasn't doing anything crazy, just some simple layers and a trim. We started talking and all of a sudden she goes "Ok all done, did you want me to blow dry your hair?" I was very confused, and looked at the clock and only 10 minutes had passed. She cut my hair in 10 minutes.....I asked her to please blow dry my hair so I could see how she cut my hair. She did, but barely blow dried it and I left with a wet head. I have never been to a salon where I have been asked if I wanted my hair dried. I did not look at the prices, nor their menu before I went so I do not know if a blow dry was extra? But I only paid $35, and I'm used to $70 hair cuts. Like I said in the beginning, this salon was recommended to me by a friend, so I just took her word and thought I would be fine. I was so wrong. I won't mention the hair dresser's name, but she definitely needs more time behind the chair. She should not be cutting hair at all. I just went back to where I usually go (my normal hair dresser was out on maternity leave, that's why I went to Septembers in the first place), and my hair dresser said my hair had ledges and the "layers" (ledges...) were not blended AT ALL. She fixed it as best as she could but she said she will need to do more blending and cutting at my next appointment. She didn't want to cut too much because she said it was going to start to get too thin and I have very thick hair. The girl was nice... but that was about it. I would definitely not recommend this salon AT ALL. Spend an extra 30 bucks and get a quality hair cut at a reputable salon.

YES! This salon is wonderful! I have been going there for many years! I have gotten so many compliments on my hair! I moved farther away, but take the journey every month. It is worth the trip!! Everyone is highly skilled, and very friendly!

Can't say enough great things about this salon! The staff is so amazingly friendly and professional. Love my hair color and cut. I had such a great time with all the girls, and I've never looked so good ! Than you SEPTEMBERS for a fantastic experience! I found a new home.

I have never been treated so RUDE when I walked in somewhere until I came here!!! In this economy especially people should be happy when u enter there place of bussiness. The lady at the desk did not even look at me or greet me. I was nor impressed by the atmosphere at all. I gave them a chance anyway and SORRY I did MY HAIR LOOKED LIKE MY KID CUT IT, DO NOT GO HERE I WARN YOU!!!!!!!

I visited this salon for the first time and was so impressed at the very clean and pretty salon and extremely friendly staff. It is so nice to be around happy people. I got highlights and a pretty glaze put in my hair and it looks and feels beautiful. Thank you so much for making me feel great! I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend you to everyone!

I just got my hair cut and colored at September's Salon and I can't believe what a change. I really needed a pick-me-up and I feel fantastic. It really makes a difference when you get it done by a professional stylist. It was a beautiful salon and everyone there was so friendly and fun. I would recommend this experience to everyone.

The stylist try her best with highlights on my hair, clearly did not know what she was doing. The salon (and I use that word loosely) was so dirty and unkept, don't think they know what a broom is!!!!!! I should have walked out the minute I sat in the chair and started to look around. Would never recommend to anyone I know.

On my day off I love going to this salon for a special treatment to my hair, it is relaxing and the results are wonderful. I tell all my friends at work to try this place out, they really do what you ask and there are no surprises other than great ones when they turn the chair around to show you your completed style they have created for you..........
