Brought our vehicles to Brewster Honda.....three vehicles in three days! Each one needed a different service but all routine service. Kira Bueti took the time to review the records of each vehicle, schedule service and was extremely helpful with advising me as to what was priority for each vehicle. One of our daughters lives out of state and took the Zurich maintance policy. Kira took the time to call Zurich to verify that she could use the plan out of New York State. The last vehicle was in for service for 100,000 miles. Kira reviewed those records advised us of service that was needed....some service was not in budget at the time. She took the time to review with maintance records with mechanic as to what was needed at this service: suggested what could be done at the next oil change and the car would be current with all service work at that time. Even suggested to look for coupons on the website to help with staying within the budget presented.....and did just that---stayed within the budget that was suggested prior to service. No suprizes when it came time to pay the bill. That is what I call service. Not pushing a "sale" but looking out for the driver to get the most life out of the Honda brand.
