        I bought my machine here in August of 2014. They gave me personalized training sessions and have answered every question. The staff are very friendly and interested in helping.

        Rude!

        Do not give this store your business! I had heard that this place was rude, but the location was so convenient. I went into this store with a few questions, just to see if my machine needed repairs, but the man was not interested in helping me. Instead, he was extremely rude and enjoyed humiliating anyone who came in his door. I drove out to Murfreesboro after that visit, and the people were extremely helpful and nice. It was worth the drive, and prices are way better!
