        I've had many positive interactions with tech people at this BestBuy. My most recent was with the Home Automation Department. An expert named Robby guided me through all the options. I had a specific application in mind and I didn't even know how to start the conversation. After my guided tour; I now have a clear understanding. Thank You BestBuy!

        Service jus sucks. Sent from one person to another only to figure out....they are all ignorant. Not very helpful and definitely not product informed.

        positive place to shop

        My husband and I were looking for a new lcd TV. We went to Circuit City and waited ten minutes to get help. When we did get it he was arrogent and pushy. He told us all kind of reasons why we needed an expensive model.

        We walked into Best Buy and were greated at the door. A salesmen helped us within a few minutes and explained the differences between modles then he left us alone. When we decided on what model we were looking at he got on the computer and found that unit on sale at another store. He gave us that sales price.



        We bought a tv table at the same time we bought the tv. My husband put it together and I decided I didn't like it. We called bb and they told us to bring it back as is and gave us a full refund.

        poor service after warranty expired

        We had Best Buy install a very complex home theatre system several years ago. The installer seemed very knowlegable and was friendly, etc. The service was fine during the warranty period, but the technicians could not help at all after the warranty expired - even when we were willing to pay for the service! The technicians accused us of using "old equipment" and "bad wiring", all of which was purchased from and installed by them only 2 years earlier. We are having to start over with a new company. They apparently had little or no records from the installation itself, and the installing technician had left the company. After paying for service calls with no solutions offered by the technicians, we are having to start all over with a new company.
