Norwood Stone Corporation

I used this contractor when i installed ikea cabinets in my home. The counter looks great, but, there is no access hole for the outlet below the desk area! When I contacted Norwood, I was told that this was my fault because I did not notice it missing in the blueprint THEY drew up when measuring! When I asked if I could pay to have them come again and fix the situation, they said that they doubted that they could "spare the time", but agreed to "keep me in mind" if they were back in the area....suffice it to say, I still cannot access the outlet. Really?

I purchased an Icestone countertop for a bathroom renovation project from this company. The price was good, and the templating and installation flawless. Looks beautiful Highly recommended.

I purchased my kitchen through IKEA. IKEA had Norwood Marble & Granite install my countertops. The slab selection experience at Norwood's amazing showroom/warehouse was impressive and they have thousands of slabs to choose from. All of my communications with Norwood were professional and they confirmed all of my appointments. Their measure guy used a high-tech laser to accurately template my counters. Norwood was always on-time and the turnaround was quick. Most important of all, I am so pleased with the quality of Norwood's products and craftsmanship. My countertops look incredible! Every day I marvel at the fit & finish! I love my kitchen!!!

I've dealt with Norwood numerous times and they have always done a wonderful job! Maybe the previous reviewer who went through Ikea should contact THEM. I've done granite counters in both my own house and 2 rehab resales, and Norwood not only gave me a great price, they were punctual and did a superb job every time. I am using them for my next job too!

AVOID! This is the contractor IKEA chose when we decided to do our kitchen with them. They came out and measured in a timely manner. They told us the countertop would be installed in 7-10 business days. They have scheduled and canceled our installation numerous times, citing that the manufacturer has not supplied the material. Five weeks later they finally "delivered". They said between 8am and 11am. 11am rolled around and they had not arrived. They changed the window to 11am to 3pm. 3pm rolled around and they had not arrived. They finally arrived around 5:30pm and told us they only had part of the countertop with them. It has now been 7 weeks since they measured, and we still don't have all of our countertop. Oh, and did I mentioned it was already paid for in full?
