Pass this one up!
I have nothing positive to say about this company. Worst customer service. Worst phone etiquette. They don't return phone calls or emails, misplace items in files and are completely unorganized. They offer excuses but no apologies. There are so many title companies to choose from, I highly recommend using any of the others.
