Brenham Oaks Apartments

If I could give it no stars, I would. I have lived in three different complexes and this one by far makes me want to go crazy. I have only been here three months, but when we first moved in I had to put in work orders, including; dishwasher was not attached to counter, AC leaked from vents and the hole above the bathroom, the livingroom's light didn't work, the bathroom door had a hole in it and the outlets had paint peeling off, and the balcony door wouldn't stay shut. After giving them the work order, they only fixed the balcony door and the dish washer. Now, the AC will not blow cold air. When I told them, they came and put Freon in it, which did not fix the problem. Five days later, we have to contact them again because it's still not fixed. After talking to Ashley, the apartment manager, she told us that we were responsible for getting in contact with someone else, in our lease its the apartment that is to fix She said she would send a mantainance person out that day.After 2 hours no one showed, so I called the emergency line and left a message. Another hour, I called again because I hadn't seen anyone. Then after about another hour, they show up with a small window unit. They said that they would need to get Freon in it to fix it but they didn't have any. So, not only did they either not put Freon in or there is a leak, they weren't fixing it. The next day, still no one is here. I'm 8 months pregnant and having to constantly calm myself from doing nothing because I over heat. This is ridiculous, they need to get new and better staff since they can't care or even act like they care about their tenants. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever received.
