We live in Olympia. We test drove a 2012 Honda CR-V from the Olympia dealership and fell in love with the car. We were at the same time trading in a 2007 Honda Pilot, which had been the best vehicle we had ever owned. We went through the Costco Auto Buying program and the only dealership available for the CR-V was West Hills Honda in Bremerton. I received an E-mail from Amy, the internet and costco representative, almost immediately. The E-mail also listed the purchase price for each of the differnt styles. This impressed me as I knew the exact selling price. The only additional cost was sales tax. I had researched what the car should sell for so I knew the price was very good. No haggling or dickering. I went to the dealership with my Pilot and they gave me a vey good trade in Price. We closed the deal at that time. In 2 weeks when the CR-V arrived my wife and myself went there, took possession of the CR-V and gave them the Honda Pilot. Amy was the best sales person we have ever had. She was very pleasant and very knowlegable about the vehicle. She was sincerely interested to make sure we were going to be excited about our new purchases. I guess you could say we connected with her. The paperwork process went very well and the sales manager congratulated us and made us feel very welcome. We left the dealership happy that we had purchased our car from them and still feel the same way today. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them again and reccomend the dealership whenever I can. If anyone is wondering, this is the first time I have ever written any kind of comment.
This place has amazing service, sweet and helpful people working there, and I've never been more impressed with any car dealership in my life! After having been hassled in South Carolina at numerous car dealerships (including a Honda dealership) and people not wanting to work with me while my husband was at work, I though I would never buy a new car from an actual dealership again. Then we had our baby and our car wasn't going to hack it. I needed something with a little more room and a second car in general. We went to West Hills Honda and met Jamie Block. We have since traded our 2008 Honda CR-V for a 2010 Honda Pilot. I am the one that takes the car in for service. I always try to get appointments through Jeter because he is always so upbeat and seems truly happy to be at his job...even if he's not having the greatest of days....I've never been able to tell. West Hills Honda is one of a kind. I will be going there for my car needs and service for the remainder of my time in Washington state...which we're hoping to be the rest of our lives!
My first impression of West Hills Honda came through email conversations with Jessie Prosser. She was such a pleasure to work with! She actually read my email and provided me the exact information I was requesting. Her transparency, attention to detail, and quick response lead me to your facility over other Honda dealerships. Once there, I was handed over to Sergio Menendez. What a wonderful employee! I often dread buying a new car as the worst part is dealing with a pushy salesman who does not listen. Sergio was none of these things. He gave me the facts on the car, only gave his opinion when asked, and truly listened to what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. Sergio made my car buying experience a positive one in which I will refer others to your facility and his assistance. Everyone I encountered at West Hills Honda were truly "helpful Honda people."
