My experience with your dealership has been okay, I have questioned some of the work done to my vehicle by your service department, they gave me the impression they cut corners and I was extremely nervous bringing my vehicle back to the dealership. On another note the customer service has been great and I have been made to feel like they genuinely want me to be satisfied with the work you do.

I purchased a new Cruze August 2014. My heater went out on me on several occasions. Each time this happened I contacted Aaron in the Service Dept. Because this was a random occurrence it took four times to bring my car in to get checked. Each time Aaron met me with a smile, got me a rental vehicle and made adjustments trying to figure out the issue. On my last visit with this problem it was discovered by the mechanic that it was a bad/pinched wire. They ordered the part and replaced the part for my vehicle. It has been one week and I have not had a repeat bad performance from my heater. Aaron is an asset to your service department and I will refer to him every time I return to the service department because he is the top of the line person. I stopped in to the service department a couple of days ago and Aaron sold me three oil changes. This was a win win for us both. Thank you Haselwood for good customer service.
