We spend a lot of time and money dining out, probably above average at around $5,000 per month. Now while this restaurant is not pricey, I have to say it is one of the best I've been to with respect to creativity. Their menu is everything from the best hamburger you've ever experienced to fresh french fries (not greasy because they are fresh, not fried, then frozen, then re-fried) and even their ketchup is homemade. All of their salsas are homemade, as well, and should be bottled for people to purchase in the future. This way, when they get home from vacation, they can remember the fine food at Angels Hollow. Their steak sandwhiches and big as your head burritos are second to none, if you want to keep it under $9... but if you want to venture out to the best food you've ever had, ask what they have in the back that is not on the menu... and you will be pleasantly delighted that you did. Some of my favorites is the coconut ahi with fried bananas and curry sauce, their venison once was done with a portabella mushroom and pear demi glaze which was the best we've ever had, their duck is always the best above all 5 star restaurants we've been to, and their steaks and salads, appetizers, homemade soups and vegetarian entrees will knock your socks off at a very surprisingly low price. This restaurant will quickly become your favorte, especially if you like margaritas, because Lee's margaritas are better than you'll be served in Mexico. Lee graduated from the culinary institute o america in New York and he and his wife Debbie are awesome chefs. Don't miss out on this one, across from Fatty's and Bubba's, off the beaten path, on Ridge Street just off Lincoln and around the corner from Erics, Briar Rose and the Salt Creek Steak House. They don't serve breakfast, but the Salt Creek does, and it is sensational. We don't eat pork so we're always looking for the best beef ribs. If you like beef ribs or prime rib, we'd recommend the Briar Rose. In the bar, you can get hearty beef ribs off of the prime rib they serve for $2 each cooked any way you like it. Okay, a few last favorites AFTER you experience Angel's Hallow (or is it Hollow, I think it's misspelled in the ad so it's confusing)... Modis requires reservations, for sure, Relish is amazing and, lastly, Gam Pietros (I know I'm misspelling this one) but it's just a small place with some of the best Italian food you've ever had and, like Angel's, is surprisingly lower priced. Enjoy your time in Breckenridge, Colorado, and don't forget to visit Lee and Debbie Walker at Angel's!!!!
