Sears Parts & Repair Center

i was overcharged, service man charged me for the $109 service call twice. I have a call in to sears but have not heard back yet. It is very frustrating to get anyone on the phone. When you do, they are in the PHillipines! Very disappointed with the service. The repairman was most interested in getting me to sign up for a service plan. When i declined he became agitated and then told me I owed more money. When i explained we had already paid, he said no you have a balance. So i just paid so he would leave!

The service window was 8 - 12. I got a call a few minutes before 12 that the technician would arrive in about 20 minutes. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. He installed the new part that he had ordered on his previous visit when he first checked out our broken microwave oven. It's been over two weeks and the oven is working fine.

Calls answered promptly, appointments are made quickly and kept within the time promised. The last repair man was prompt and finished the repair quickly. No waiting this time for the usual shipment of parts for the usual 1 to 2 month wait. Will use again for my Sears washer and dryer.
