        The American Junior Golf Association is a nonprofit organization that assists youths to earn college scholarships through success in competitive junior golf championships. The organization has more than 5,000 members and employs a work force of over 50 full-time employees. It also provides financial support to various junior golf programs, including Advance High School Golf, Ben Richey Boys Ranch Golf Classic and the Flint Junior Golf Association. The American Junior Golf Association conducts several tournaments and qualifiers throughout the United States. It is sponsored by Titleist and its partners include Rolex Watch USA and Polo Ralph Lauren. In addition, the organization accepts donations from individuals, businesses and institutions through the AJGA Foundation.
