The Preserve

I've been here for 3 years now, and am overall satisfied. The staff is courteous and typically attentive. The swimming pool is nice with lots of seating, and there's a 24 hour gym available. Both require a magnetized key fob type thing to enter, which is nice for security purposes. Through the winter, they do a great job salting, clearing, and maintaining the sidewalks when we get snow or ice. They also have the parking lot cleared in a timely manner.

They do well with maintenance as far as inside the units, and they keep the grounds fairly clean, however, there are sometimes things that don't get resolved (ex, there has been a hand railing out of the cement since the end of October 2022, and I was told an outside company was coming to repair it soon. That's been 4 months ago).

Rent includes water, sewer, trash and internet. They also provide a washer and dryer in EACH unit, which comes in handy. The internet is fantastic, never have any problems with it. I will say, cable used to be included, but they cut the cable over a year ago, and then raised the rent (about 13%), and then the following lease renewal, raised the rent again (about 22%). I do think rent is a little high, but is overall worth it.

They do patio decorating contests (which people LOVE), and they do "Get to Know Your Neighbors" gatherings atthe clubhouse every month or so (I've never been, as it's always during my work hours), with food, every month or 2.

It's very quiet here, and the view of the mountains is perfect!

We have been tenants at the Preserve since 2016 and have happily renewed our lease year after year. This is by far the nicest apartment complex in the Branson area. Most tenants seem stay for many years and tend to be more the within the quieter older age range, at least in our building. The units are spacious and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. They are always very quick with maintenance issues when they arise. The office staff and leasing agents have always been so helpful, kind and treat you like family. Most importantly, having raised our own two children here it always felt like a very safe environment year around. With the economy being as it is the rent just went up substantially but in my mind it’s completely worth it compared to a lot of the other properties around Branson areas. Thank you to the Preserve for being a great place to call home.

The Preserve's is a quiet, clean, well maintained & somewhat reasonable, though costs have had a rather hefty increase under the new owner, 28.48% over our first three leases which hopefully will level off next year. While literally two minutes from the strip this location feels as though we're in a remote quiet setting. Internet is also provided with an average speed of 100mbs. Having all the appliances provided was a final plus for us.

The Preserve's is pet friendly, as long as you clean-up after them. Most residents like the meticulously kept grounds which are well maintained. Garbage is picked up twice a week which means a lot when you live in an apartment complex. The few maintenance issues we've had were quickly resolved, only exception is an issue requiring parts to be ordered & we're waiting on that one issue. The staff is very friendly & helpful.

We've lived here for 2 years and don't plan on leaving any year soon, baring anymore major rent increases . It's convenient to everything in Branson. We have beautiful Ozark hills views off of our private deck. There is a resident pool with tons of seating/lounging space, & a small park with a grill. There is also a 24hr gym that has all the basics. And having a washer/dryer in the unit is amazing.

After living through the murders of our daughter & granddaughter shortly before we moved the Preserves has been one thing that has brought us any solace as this place has made us feel like home again. Something that loosing our girls had taken away from us.

Such an amazing place to live---amazing views, friendly, helpful manager and staff, beautiful apartments --- and all the amenities and conveniences of town with the wonderful aspect of country mountain living!

Our current manager is a dream. I love living here. It feels like I'm out in the country. The view is beautiful and peaceful. great pool and residents. I truly enjoy living here!

This place is quiet, neat, clean, and reasonable. The staff is very friendly. I've lived here for 4 years and don't plan on leaving. It's convenient for everything.
