Don't Stay Here

the lobby and entrance looks nice but that is about it. the rooms that were supposedly remodeled stunk and were terrible! The staff was friendly but rooms were stuffy, dirty, musty. The Breakfast was terrible and so crowded and the woman was rude!!


In between!

Not what we expected from the pics seen. Our mistake we didn't question if they had elevators because they don't but from pics you'd thought so we didn't worry bout booking a room on 1st floor. When we got there it was nothing like the pics, the lobby was nice and the staff were pretty friendly. When checking in we received a room on the thrid floor now mind you we were staying for over 3 nites and to find no elevators WHAT THE CRAP!!!! Not to mention the amount of lugagge we had, then when asking manager for a 1st floor room they simply said there's nothing left but moments ago before they gave away a 1st floor room now the reason for this is because my husband has a deteriorating muscle disease and was having a good week so we that's why we neglected to ask for 1st floor. After explaining to the manager the circumstances she simply said oh that's too bad but nothin we could no discount, compensation or anything for our troubles........At least the free breakfast was good!
