If your looking for a great chiropractor Advanced Spine, joint with Dr. Zach is the real deal. He just dosnt crack your back, but he helps rebilatate you with excersizes to do at home to strength yourself, maybe acupuncture if you need it. Its worth it....

Chiropractors that utilize mostly chiropractic manipulation may not be effective. In pregnancy, a frequent problem is aberrant, or excessive movement of the lumbar spine and pelvis. The weight gain, changes in center of gravity, and the fact that around the 28th week of pregnancy the body increases a hormone (relaxin) that helps relax the pelvic joints to allow development and delivery, help drive more mobility in the spine. The pain is generally related to the soft tissues in the area (ligaments and muscles) that are under increased stress. At that time manipulation is rarely performed for the low back and more soft tissue work and rehab is required. Myofascial Therapy
Graston Technique is a popular form of myofascial release. A stainless steel instrument is used to break up knots, or adhesions, in muscles. The process is notorious for causing mild bruising. Dry needling is an effective and safe therapy. It is used to treat pain, from conditions such as arthritis, muscular strain, ligament sprains and nerve pain or herniated discs. With dry needling, a sterile acupuncture needle is used, thus stimulates and produces the effects within the tissue. Often times the needle is further stimulated with electric stimulation (see video below).
