Winn Dixie

This store has had an amazing transformation under the leadership of the Store Manager, Buck He is a great model for the employees and is out in the parking lot greeting customers and gathering up shopping carts. This past Friday I went into get flowers for a party and they were out..the manager, Buck, told me to come back Saturday ..even though the order was not delivered by the wholesaler on Saturday , he had his staff go to other Winn Dixie Stores in the area to get flowers for me! Impressive Customer Service!

My wife shops here and there were several times when we brought meat and it was spoiled by the time she got home - only 7 minutes away.

This store is always friendly and helpful, and even does returns with no problem. I brought a box of diapers and must have left them in the bottom of my cart. When I got home I called them and told them about it, they went out and looked but could not find them. They said just bring in the receipt and they would give me another box. I told them that I did not have the receipt, I threw it out walking out the store. They still gave me another box of diapers. Probably because they know me from shopping there, but still they did not have to do that.
