Splash Car Wash & Lube

This morning my daughter took our van to Splash Car Wash & Lube on Bloomingdale and Kings. The machine smashed the van windshield. Instead of being concerned for my daughter and the other passengers, they were rude and more concerned about their machine. Sadly, they are refusing to pay for the damages and trying to put the blame on my daughter saying she didn't follow instructions and didn't put the vehicle in neutral. My daughter and passengers all confirm that the vehicle was in fact in neutral.

To make matters worse, they told the passengers they had to leave the property. They would only allow my daughter to be on the property while she waited for glass repair or tow truck.

Been here about 6-8x over 5 years. At first it was fine, but the my last 3 visits have been discouraging. They don't greet you right away like your typical Jiffy Lube. They basically have you park behind one of the open bays. It's a crap shoot. 2 visits ago, I picked the wrong bay. The guy spent $200 at an oil place. Hence 2 cars that came after me left long before me and my visit took 90 minutes. Last time I came 50 minutes before closing. They took an hour, rushed through everything, forgot my sticker, didn't fill my tires and I had to come back for a car wash. Today I came 90 minutes before I had to leave for a Dr appointment. Picked the wrong bay. Waited 30 minutes. After they let in a car that came 25 minutes after me, I left. I usually go to the dealership. Sometimes I just want a quick and simple oil change to hold me over. But 90 minutes. My time is more valuable. Won't be going back

They did a great job on my truck, looks great and they even cleaned my rubber floor mats and didn't just vacuum them like some washes do. Will be back soon.

Best place I have ever had my car cleaned in Brandon. I have lived here for 30+ years! My car was filthy inside and out. They did an amazing job cleaning my car. I got the cheapest package that cleans the inside/outside including carpets and was very impressed with the prices and condition of my car. It looked like a new car! The two guys that cleaned my car were also very courteous and helpful with another issue I was having with my car at the time. I found this place by chance after reading some of the horrible reviews and practices that were occuring at other Brandon Car Wash places.

The only place I will take my car for oil change and light maintenance. The car wash features are excellent and the employees are very friendly and helpful.
